Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member," "Player," or "User") and Desk Game ("we," "us," "the Platform"), the operator of deskgame.wine. By creating an account, depositing funds, placing bets, or otherwise using any feature of the Desk Game platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms carefully and that you agree to be bound by them.

These Terms apply alongside our Privacy Policy and any additional terms specific to individual promotions, game types, or features. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and any promotion-specific terms, the promotion-specific terms take precedence for that promotion only. For all other matters, these Terms govern.

Desk Game operates under a license issued by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). Our operations are subject to Philippine gaming laws and regulations, and these Terms have been drafted in compliance with applicable Philippine law.

Eligibility

To use the Desk Game platform and create a member account, you must meet all of the following requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. Desk Game strictly prohibits access by anyone under 18. We reserve the right to request proof of age at any time, and any account found to belong to an underage person will be immediately closed and all funds forfeited.
• You must be physically located in the Republic of the Philippines or in a jurisdiction where online gaming is legally permitted, at the time of registration and use.
• You must not be a resident or citizen of any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by law.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of any employee of Desk Game or any of our affiliated game providers or partners.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under Philippine law.
• Your account must not have been previously suspended or permanently closed by Desk Game for any breach of these Terms.

Your Account

3.1 One Account Per Person

Each person may hold only one active Desk Game account. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same or different names, phone numbers, email addresses, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited. Desk Game uses technical controls to detect duplicate accounts. If multiple accounts are identified, all may be closed and any winnings or bonus funds voided.

3.2 Account Information Accuracy

You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when registering your Desk Game account and must keep this information updated. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, mobile number, email address, and any payment account details you register. Providing false information is a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination.

3.3 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your Desk Game account credentials. Do not share your login details with anyone. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact Desk Game support immediately via live chat. You accept responsibility for all activity that occurs through your account, whether authorised by you or not, unless you have promptly reported a security breach to us.

3.4 Account Verification (KYC)

As a PAGCOR-licensed operator, Desk Game is required to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification. This may be required at registration, before your first withdrawal, or at any time we deem necessary to comply with regulatory obligations. Required documents typically include a government-issued photo ID (passport, national ID, driver's license, or voter's ID) and proof of ownership of the payment method used.

Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Supported Payment Methods

Desk Game accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following Philippine payment channels: GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, InstaPay, PESONet, BDO Online Banking, BPI Online Banking, UnionBank Online, and Visa/Mastercard bank cards. All transactions must be made in Philippine Peso (₱). Desk Game does not accept cryptocurrency payments.

4.2 Deposit Limits

The minimum deposit at Desk Game is ₱100. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and account verification level. Members who have completed enhanced KYC verification may have access to higher deposit limits. Desk Game reserves the right to adjust deposit limits at any time, including for responsible gaming purposes.

4.3 Withdrawal Conditions

The minimum withdrawal is ₱100. To process a withdrawal, your account must be fully KYC verified, and the payment method you use for withdrawal must match a payment method registered to your account in your own name. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted. Withdrawals will not be processed to a different account name than the one registered to your Desk Game account.

4.4 Withdrawal Wagering Requirement

Funds deposited at Desk Game must be wagered at least once (1×) before withdrawal, excluding bonus funds which have their own wagering requirements. This is an anti-money-laundering measure required by our PAGCOR license. If you believe your withdrawal has been delayed beyond the stated processing time, contact Desk Game support immediately.

Bonuses and Promotions

All bonuses and promotional offers available at Desk Game are subject to these general Terms and any additional terms stated within each specific promotion. By claiming a bonus, you accept the applicable bonus terms in full.

5.1 Wagering Requirements

All Desk Game bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement before they can be converted into withdrawable cash. Unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, the standard wagering requirement for Desk Game bonuses is 10× the bonus amount. For example: a ₱1,000 bonus requires ₱10,000 in qualifying bets before withdrawal. This is one of the lowest wagering requirements in the Philippine online gaming market — we state this upfront because we believe you should know.

5.2 Game Contributions

Not all games contribute equally to bonus wagering requirements. Live dealer games, baccarat, roulette, and blackjack typically contribute 10% of each bet toward wagering requirements. Slots contribute 100%. Virtual sports contribute 50%. The exact contribution rate for each game type is displayed on the Desk Game Promotions page and in the terms of each individual offer.

5.3 Bonus Expiry

Unless otherwise stated, bonus funds expire 30 days after being credited to your Desk Game account. Wagering requirements must be completed within this period. Expired bonus funds are forfeited without compensation. You will receive an in-platform notification when a bonus is nearing expiry.

5.4 Abuse Prevention

Desk Game reserves the right to cancel bonuses, void associated winnings, and close accounts where bonus abuse is detected. This includes but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, coordinated play designed to meet wagering requirements with minimal risk, exploiting technical errors, and any pattern of behaviour that Desk Game determines to be contrary to the spirit of the promotion.

Gameplay Rules

6.1 Certified Fair Play

All games offered on the Desk Game platform use independently certified Random Number Generators (RNG) or are supplied as live dealer streams from regulated studios. Game outcomes cannot be influenced by Desk Game, the game provider, or any player. All RTP rates published on the Desk Game platform are based on certified audit data from the relevant game provider.

6.2 Technical Malfunctions

In the event of a technical malfunction during a game round — including but not limited to disconnection, software error, or server fault — Desk Game reserves the right to void the affected round and return the bet amount to the player's wallet. Where a game round completes successfully and a result is displayed, that result stands regardless of subsequent technical issues. Desk Game is not liable for losses resulting from interruptions in your internet connection or device malfunction on your end.

6.3 Minimum and Maximum Bets

Minimum and maximum bet limits vary by game and are displayed within each game's interface before you place a bet. Desk Game reserves the right to adjust betting limits at any time, including for individual accounts where unusual betting patterns are detected.

6.4 Currency

All transactions on the Desk Game platform are processed in Philippine Peso (₱). All game displays, bet amounts, and winning calculations on the platform reflect PHP values.

Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the Desk Game platform. Engaging in any of these behaviours may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of all balances:

• Creating more than one Desk Game account, either personally or in concert with others
• Providing false or misleading personal information during registration or KYC verification
• Using another person's identity or payment method to open or operate a Desk Game account
• Attempting to exploit, manipulate, or circumvent any game, system, bonus, or promotion on the platform
• Using any automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Desk Game platform
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other players
• Using the Desk Game platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other illegal purpose
• Reverse engineering, copying, distributing, or creating derivative works based on any Desk Game software or content
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Desk Game infrastructure or another player's account
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing Desk Game staff or other members in any communication channel

Where Desk Game suspects criminal activity, we will cooperate fully with Philippine law enforcement authorities, including sharing account and transaction data as required.

Responsible Gaming

Desk Game is committed to promoting responsible gaming. We believe gambling should be an enjoyable form of entertainment, not a source of financial stress or harm. As a PAGCOR-licensed operator, we are required to provide responsible gaming tools and information — but beyond compliance, we genuinely believe this is the right way to run a gaming platform in the Philippines.

All Desk Game members have access to the following tools within their account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly. Once set, limits take immediate effect. Increasing a limit requires a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Cap the total amount you can lose in a set period across all games.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive a pop-up notification after a set duration of continuous play.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily restrict access to your account for 24 hours, 48 hours, or 7 days without formal self-exclusion.
• Self-Exclusion: Formally exclude yourself from the Desk Game platform for a period of 1, 3, 6, or 12 months. Self-exclusion cannot be reversed during the selected period.

Privacy and Data

Desk Game collects and processes personal data in accordance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act 10173) and its Implementing Rules and Regulations. By using the Desk Game platform, you consent to the collection, processing, and storage of your personal data as described in the Desk Game Privacy Policy.

Data we collect includes registration information, KYC documents, transaction history, game activity, device information, and communication records. This data is used for account management, KYC compliance, responsible gaming monitoring, fraud prevention, and PAGCOR regulatory reporting. Limitation of Liability

Desk Game provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make every reasonable effort to ensure continuous and accurate platform operation, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access and we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by Philippine law.

Desk Game's total liability to any member for any claim arising from use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount of funds held in that member's Desk Game wallet at the time the claim arises. Desk Game is not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages of any kind.

Desk Game is not liable for losses arising from: internet connection failure on the member's end, device malfunction, misuse of account credentials by third parties, or losses resulting from a member's decision to gamble beyond their stated limits.

Account Suspension and Termination

Desk Game reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any member account at its discretion, including in circumstances where:

• A breach of these Terms is identified or reasonably suspected
• KYC verification cannot be completed to the required standard
• Fraudulent, collusive, or illegal activity is suspected
• A self-exclusion request is received
• We are required to do so by PAGCOR or any other applicable regulatory authority

Where an account is closed for reasons unrelated to a Terms breach, any verified balance remaining in the account will be returned to the member via their registered payment method within 10 business days, subject to completed KYC. Bonus funds and associated winnings are not returned on account closure.

You may close your Desk Game account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat or email. Upon closure, any verified balance will be processed for withdrawal to your registered payment method.

Amendments to These Terms

Desk Game may update or amend these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify members via the email address registered to their account and via an in-platform notification at login. The updated Terms will also be posted on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date.

Continued use of the Desk Game platform after notification of amended Terms constitutes acceptance of those amendments. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must stop using the platform and contact support to arrange account closure and return of any verified balance.

Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising from or in connection with your use of the Desk Game platform shall first be referred to Desk Game's internal dispute resolution process — contact support@deskgame.wine with a detailed description of your complaint and your account details.

Desk Game commits to responding to all formal complaints within 5 business days. If the dispute is not resolved to your satisfaction through internal channels, you may escalate the matter to PAGCOR as the relevant regulatory authority for Philippine licensed operators.

Where disputes cannot be resolved informally, the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of the Philippines.
